How can I track my shipment?

All tracking information is sent via email and can also be viewed in your account order details. You can view your order details by logging into your account on our site and choosing My Orders at the top of the page. You must be a registered user of our site to track your shipments.

How does auto-shipping work?

If you have an order you would like to be automatically shipped to you on a regular basis, say every week or every other week, then you can schedule an auto shipment once you have paid for the order. On the order confirmation page a drop down will appear at the top of the page that let's you choose how often you would like to auto-ship the order you have just placed. Choose the number of weeks and press the Set it and Forget It button and you are now set to receive your order on the regular basis you chose. It's that easy.

How do I have to pay for an auto-ship order?

You must pay for auto-shipped orders using your credit card. This means you must be a registered user of our site and have saved at least one credit to your user account. During the checkout once you have chosen Credit Card Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX as your payment a checkbox will appear on the Pay step of the checkout process. This is the step where you enter your credit card number. Here you will see a checkbox that states:
Save my credit card
Be sure to check this checkbox as it will allow you to choose auto-shipping on your order confirmation page. If you do not check it then the auto-shipping option will not appear on the order confirmation page. Once you save the credit card it will not be necessary to save it when you order you can choose it to pay for any subsequent orders.

How often can I auto-ship?

Every week, every two weeks, every three weeks, every 4 weeks, every 5 weeks and every 6 weeks.

How do I view my auto-ship orders?

Once logged into our site, with your user account, you will see a My Orders link near the shopping cart at the top of the page. Click My Orders and scroll down the page where you will see a section titled My Auto-Ship Schedule.

How do I suspend or cancel my auto-ship orders?

Once logged into our site, with your user account, you will see a My Orders link near the shopping cart at the top of the page. Click My Orders and scroll down the page where you will see a section titled My Auto-Ship Schedule. There is a suspend and cancel button next to each of your scheduled auto-ship orders.

Where can I update my credit card number on the site?

At the top of the page, once logged into the site using your user account, you will see your name at the top of the page. Click on your name and this will take you to your account page. On the account page is a section titled Payment Profiles. Click on the update/view button. On the following page you will be able to update your credit card information.
