If you are not satisfied with your order/product, you may return it (for any reason) within 30 days of your original order date.
Methods of return:
1. Mail/ ship the item(s) back to us within the 30-day return window. Please ensure that you select a carrier that provides you with tracking information for your return shipment and please identify your name and/or order number in your return shipment so we can ensure the refund is applied to the correct customer.

2. Request a return label. If you would prefer that we arrange return shipment, please send us an email at email@example.com. We will select the lowest cost carrier (amongst our established shipping partners) and email you a return label to affix to your shipping box and drop off to the carrier (USPS, FedEx, GLS, or UPS). When your return package arrives, we will provide refund to your original form of payment, minus return shipping costs.
Additional return details:
- You may return open or partially used product. We want customers to feel the freedom to try new options and to find the right product for their pet. If you have used less than half of the contents (manufacturer requirement), please feel free to return the product if it turns out to not be the right fit for your pet.
- Frozen returns: If you are not satisfied with the content of a frozen product order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 949-707-5060. It may not be necessary for you to return the product to receive refund (subject to manufacturer/ vendor requirements) as we consider frozen product non-resalable as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
